Orders & Shipping

How does your store work?

Many of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners. This allows us to reduce overproduction and focus on quality-made items.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time:
- 2–5 business days

Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we primarily ship within the United States and select international locations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because many of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly work on a replacement or solution.
